The owner of the online store www.gloves.worldcleanupday.org (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Let’s Do It Foundation (registry code 90010442) and OÜ Punk (registry code 12122599), located at Rotermanni 5/ Roseni 10, Tallinn, Estonia, 10111.

This document applies only to business clients and World Cleanup Day partners (Let’s do it teams) who want to order at least 500 pairs of gloves. Private clients and business clients who want to order less than 500 pairs will be directed to our Amazon online store.

The validity of sale contract, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to product purchases from the online store.

The prices of the online store products are indicated next to the products. If the client orders 500-20 000 pairs of gloves, there will be added a fee for the shipping. Orders over 20 000+ will have shipping fee already included in the price shown in the online store.

The shipping cost depends on:

  • the location of the client;
  • amount of the gloves;
  • shipping method.

Product information is provided next to the product in the online store.

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping cart to order them. The minimum order is 500 pairs of gloves. If you add to your shopping cart 500-20 000 pairs of gloves, then the final cost of the order will be displayed on the screen and there will be added fee for the shipping. Orders over 20 000+ will have shipping fee already included.  Fill in all required fields and place your order. After placing the order, World Cleanup Day team will contact clients about the payment and delivery method.

If the shipping address is not the same as billing address, please add shipping info as additional information (Name, Company name/institution, Country, Street Address + house number + apartment, Town/City, Phone and Email address)

The purchaser has to pay 50% of the total cost in advance. The remaining part (50%) has to be paid at the latest before the online store will ship the products. The last chance to place the order is 1st of April 2018.

The contract enters into validity when the online store confirms the order and when the 50% of the total cost is transferred to the bank account of the store.

If we cannot deliver the ordered products because of stock running out or for any other reason, the client will be informed as soon as possible and the paid money (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but not later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Shipping

Products are shipped internationally.

If you order less than 20 000 pairs of gloves, then the shipping fee will be added to your invoice. But when the amount of worldsavers is over 20 000, then shipping fee will be included in the product price.

The client will carry the customs charges according to the law and according to each country.

The online store will contact the client about the payment and delivery method.

All shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the client within 50 – 140 business days depending on the date of the sale contract validity and the manufacturing of the products.

Products will be shipped after final payment.

The last chance to place an order is 18th of April 2018.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract in 14 days and return the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

To comply the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered products in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the products in an actual store.

If the products have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the products.

Defective products

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of products sold to a client with the terms and conditions of the contract.

The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the products to the clients.

If products bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective products. If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will return the clients’ payments which are related to the defected products.

The online store will respond to the clients’ complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction as soon as possible but not later than 14 days.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a client about the online store must be e-mailed to gloves@letsdoitworld.org.
